1. About XStream Player
XStream Player is a media player application. The app does not provide, host, stream, sell, broadcast, or distribute any media content, channels, playlists, movies, series, or TV subscriptions.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the media sources, playlists, portals, and provider accounts you add to the app. You must ensure you have the legal right to access all content you play.
3. No Content Responsibility
We do not monitor, control, endorse, or verify third-party content or media providers. We are not responsible for content, uptime, quality, legality, or availability of third-party media sources.
4. License and Trial
License activation may be required to use the app. Licenses may be tied to a device identifier and are subject to activation, restore, security, and anti-fraud checks.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments, where available, may be processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds may be reviewed case by case. Do not purchase a license if you do not have a working legally authorized media source or if the app is not suitable for your device.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful activity and not to reverse-engineer, modify, abuse, bypass licensing, or redistribute the app without authorization.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, provider, stream, subtitle service, or media source.
